Our merchant partnerships come first.

We don’t do things for our merchants; we do things with our merchants. We work tirelessly to be their MVP (most valuable partner) and do whatever we can to see them succeed. We’re able to put ourselves in the shoes of a small business because not long ago, we were a small business.

Success is real once the spreadsheet says so.

We don’t ask for faith; we earn it through the tangible, sustainable results we deliver on behalf of our merchants and partners. Numbers don’t lie; that’s why we live and breathe by them.

All hail failure and ice cream.

Each employee has the freedom to lead the charge. We reward risk-takers—both their successes and failures—and if someone tries and fails, we share the gory details and celebrate with ice cream. Because there’s always something valuable to take away from our mistakes (sometimes with sprinkles).
